David Roe is an Associate at Munck Butrus Carter, P.C., and is a member of the Firm’s Intellectual Property section concentrating his practice in the areas of patent application preparation and prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Intellectual Property litigation.

Mr. Roe has extensive experience in a variety of technical areas including polymer chemistry, medical imaging devices, computer hardware and software, electrical and semiconductor devices.
