Peyton J. Healey is an Associate at Munck Butrus Carter, P.C., and is a member of the Firm's Litigation section.
Mr. Healey's practice is primarily focused on commercial and intellectual property litigation. He has represented clients in litigation matters concerning commercial contracts, patent infringement/intellectual property, trade secret misappropriation and related business torts, partnership disputes, construction disputes, catastrophic property loss/subrogation, and business insurance. Mr. Healey has argued before various Texas District courts and has experience in arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Healey is a graduate of Baylor University School of Law, where he was a member of the Baylor Law Review editorial board.

- Represented multi-national company and patentee in patent infringement suit involving pharmaceutical formulation patent
- Represented technology development company in connection with the theft of its trade secrets, the misappropriation of other related intellectual property, and the breach of a joint venture agreement
- Represented developer and insurer in multi-million dollar construction defect lawsuit involving development of numerous retirement communities in New England
- Represented skyscraper owner's insurer regarding catastrophic failure of flagship skyscraper's exterior window glazing and resulting damage in Florida
