Bradley C. Mall is a Shareholder with Munck Carter, practicing in the Litigation section.

Mr. Mall has more than 9 years experience in all aspects of litigation, including trials, arbitration, mediation and appeals.  Mr. Mall focuses his practice exclusively on commercial disputes, representing a wide range of clients from individuals and small business to Fortune 500 companies.  He has experience with matters relating to, among other things,  intellectual property, commercial contracts, officer and director liability, catastrophic property losses/subrogation, construction disputes, product liability, business torts, and bankruptcy.

• Successfully represented a software development company in theft of trade secrets and corporate raiding suit.
• Successfully represented copyright owner in multiple copyright infringement suits.
• Represented numerous manufacturers in products liability suits.  
• Represented numerous debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings involving foreclosure of secured debts, fraudulent transfers, recovery of fraudulently transferred property, business reorganizations, and officer and director liability.
• Successfully represented shareholder in deserter's right case, obtaining share value 300% greater than originally offered by company.
